Super King Beechcraft 350 IFR Panel. aug. 1999.

Introduction
This is my second basic IFR panel for the Beechcraft Super King Air 350. The autopilot is with new features and all the instruments and selectors are very readable. The design is with the purpose of limiting the keyboard operation of toggling on and off windows.

The panel is made upon request from several pilots in order to have a readable basic panel where they were able to train proceedures etc.The outside wiew is limited but can be adjusted with shift + enter or shift + backspace. The panel is suitable for use with almost any light twin turbo aircraft.

Included is two GPS sets by Chuck Dome i.e. a CRT-GPS you can toggle on and off and a second one. Pls. read the GPS instructions. The CRT-GPS is programmed for a European tour the Bendix style randomly. Both can be reprogrammed.

Special thank's to Chuck Dome for his exellent gauges and aircraft.

You will find some repainted default gauges namely the ALT, AIRSPEED, VSP and the RMI.The ADI is repainted by Chuck Dome.

INSTALLATION
1. Place the Super King folder in the FS98 main /aircraft directory.

2. Unzip the gauges.zip and copy to the FS98 main directory/gauges.

Thats it start your FS98.

How to operate this panel?

A. You can mouse - click the autopilot push buttons/selectors. The names should become self-explanatory but they are:

AP - Autopilot master switch button
HDG - " heading lock button (current heading)
ALT - " altitude lockbutton (current altitude)
SPD - " airspeed lock button
MACH - " mach lock button
APR - " approach lock button
   NAV - " nav1 lock button
BKC - " backcourse lock button

The selectors are according to the text below.

IF YOU DONT LIKE THE FUNCTION OF " CURRENT HEADING " AND " CURRENT ALTITUDE " I HAVE INCLUDED A SECOND PANEL.CFG WHERE THE FUNCTIONS ARE CHANGED TO " SELECTED HEADING " AND " SELECTED ALTITUDE.

Just swop the two cfg files BUT DO REMEMBEWR TO RENAME THEM ACCORDINGLY.

When you click the GPS sw. button the CRT-GPS will pop up in the upper left hand corner same as the minicontrols. You can place it where you like and resize it.

For space reasons the magnetic compass and controls etc are placed in the AP panel.

This panel is freeware and not for commercial use. The panel and gauges should not harm your computer in any way but if you imagine they have, I accept no liability.
